Connected at The Village

Our Heart

The primary ways of participating in the life of The Village is by attending weekly services, engaging in biblical community, becoming a Covenant Member and serving. Our hope is that you would choose one of these three spheres (service, community or membership) as your next step into the life of The Village. We believe that you are "fully connected" when you are a Covenant Member who attends weekend services, engages in biblical community and serves within and outside our church body.

Stop by Connection Central to find ways to plug into these areas of connection and begin the journey today. Connection Central is located in the South Portable and is open between worship services.

What Does it Mean to be Connected?

Biblical Community

We want you to experience biblical community; to be surrounded by men and women you can openly share the joys and struggles of life with as we pursue Christ together. Our Core Value of Community expresses that we were meant to live life with others. Visit our Community section.

Service

We encourage all our guests, regular attenders and Covenant Members to serve. Serving alongside other members of the church is one of the main ways relationships are formed whether with a ministry team during a weekend service, working in the church office during the week, serving on a short-term missions team or helping out with Transform. Visit the Serving Others page for more information on how to serve your church, serve your city or serve your world.

Covenant Membership

Members who enter into a covenant with us are called to a higher degree of responsibility, service and sacrifice. By becoming a Covenant Member, you are committing to be part of a spiritual family that will provide support and encouragement in your walk with Christ. Our elders and leaders pledge to assist our Covenant Members by providing care and counsel and to pray, teach and guide as necessary. For information about becoming a Covenant Member visit our Membership section.
